Translink Company Profile

Since 1989 Translink Rescue has always been situated in the heart of Kent.

Originally the core activity was vehicle recovery of both heavy and light vehicles. Following interest from local hauliers the company expanded into Commercial Vehicle Maintenance in 1992 and as the client base grew eventually we moved into the present purpose built commercial vehicle workshop in 1999.

Following increasing demand for the truck and trailer service division a conscious decision was made in 2006 to cease motoring association based car operations and focus solely on heavy commercial vehicles. This change in direction has resulted in continued expansion making Translink Rescue the largest independent Commercial Vehicle Service centre in Kent.

The company incorporated in 2011 but retains the same key staff ensuring continuity of high service levels to our increasing client portfolio.

The workshop complemented by our fleet of recovery vehicles, rapid service vans and our satellite depot in north Kent provides a one stop shop to both fleet and independent operators travelling to and from the channel ports and with a culture of  customer focused attitude, repeat business enables the company to thrive in today’s challenging economic environment.
